To relieve hardship, distress and suffering of disadvantaged people, mostly in the Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka who are deprived as a result of conflicts and natural disasters.

To advance the education and training of children, mostly, in the Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka, particularly in agriculture and industry, by the provision of, and support to purchase, materials necessary for schooling and training.
